Evening Classes
These classes, at a selection of venues, are a perfect introduction to Buddha’s teachings and meditation practise. Each class is self-contained and consists of meditations, a teaching and discussion time with refreshments. See the individual venue links to the right for details.
Morning Class
Take an hour out of your morning to enjoy a simple meditation session. These classes offer some basic understanding of meditation practises and Buddhist teachings with time to ask questions and simply relax in the peaceful environment and Uma Centre. See the Morning Meditation page for more details
Lunchtime Meditation
Letting Go of Stress – 30 minutes of meditation in the middle of your day. A perfect way learn how to let go of the stress and tension that builds up throughout the day. See the Lunchtime Meditation page for more details.
