Why Meditate
Meditation is a method to make our mind more balanced and peaceful. Normally in daily life our mind is easily disturbed when we encounter difficult circumstances, when things go wrong, or when our wishes remain unfulfilled. As a result we naturally suffer from anxiety, stress and discontent.
Although it is impossible to ensure that things always go the way we want them to, through meditation it is possible to develop a stable peace of mind. This inner peace is like an inner strength that has the power to remain undisturbed by the trials of daily life.
